WHERE FOOD & CULTURE MEET

When Valentina Boschi & Fabio Pasini took over The Breadcrumb in 2013, their dream was to turn it into a warm & welcoming café where food and cultural traditions meet. They also decided to share their love and passion for Italian food and delicatessen with the Irish and brought over a variety of their favorite foods to sell in the shop. 

When entering the cafe you’ll see an Art Exhibition of local artists on the wall, offering them a place to exhibit their work and thus help them sell their art work.

We organize events on a regular basis for both young and ‘matured’ customers. In Winter we have a monthly Storytelling hour in The Breadcrumb followed by a hot chocolate and a treat for the youngest. Furthermore we invite musicians to play in- or outside our café to entertain our customers while they’re enjoying their drink and/or food. Besides that we organize wine tasting evenings.

In The Breadcrumb you’ll find a nice selection of books. Please feel free to read in the café or swap them for one of your own!
